Bumper for all sliding door rollers on all Vanagon

This is a white rubber bumper or buffer for the sliding door system on all Vanagons.  It is located at the front edge of the upper part of the center sliding door mechanism.  If you slide the door all the way to be closed, this bumper is supposed to stop the roller in the track from hitting the metal at the end.  See the picture for a diagram.
