Return Policy

Returns are subject to approval. Please contact us via email or phone before returning anything. You must get an email approving your return before you send it back. Leaving a voicemail that you are returning something isn't going to work.

Return Requirements:

  • Returns must be uninstalled and in the original box
  • Returns must be begun within 30 days of the invoice date
  • No returns after 30 days
  • No returns on electrical items unless never installed
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical parts that have been installed
  • Special order or custom parts
  • Opened fluids or chemicals
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Parts without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days from invoice date

Refund Policy

Refunds can only be given back to the original credit card that was used. Or refunds can be in the form of store credit if you wish — just let us know.

Core Charges

Rebuilt parts (alternators, starters, brake calipers, etc.) include a core charge that is refundable when you return the old part. Core charges typically range from $70-$75.

How Core Returns Work:

  1. Purchase the rebuilt part (includes core charge)
  2. Install the new part on your vehicle
  3. Return the old part within 30 days
  4. Receive your core charge refund
