As far as I know there is no aftermarket for these rods so your only choices are New Old Stock or rebuilt (used).
New Old Stock means that these have been sitting on a shelf somewhere for 20-30 years, but they are still brand new. That could mean that there might be some slight oxidation on some of the parts, but it is nothing that will prevent them from working like new.
