Coolant hose adapter to allow larger hose This is a coolant hose adapter made by Gates in the USA. It allows you to install coolant hoses that have the slightly larger ends for going over the plastic coolant pipes onto the metal coolant pipes that were used from 83-84. All of the coolant hoses for the metal pipes have been discontinued long ago, but the hoses for the plastic pipes are still being made. This adapter allows you to use those newer style hoses with your metal pipes. One adapter is required per hose.
