Filler Neck for Gas Tank for all Vanagon

This is a brand new, aftermarket, gas tank filler neck that will work for all years of Vanagon.  If you have an early Vanagon from 80-84 with the metal filler neck, you should be able to use this plastic filler neck to replace the metal one, but you will also need this adapter filler neck gasket 251201139B that allows you to use the plastic filler neck with the larger diameter hole of the Air Cooled or Diesel Vanagon tank.  If you have a plastic filler neck and you want to replace it with this one you will need a few other parts as well.  Here is a list of them:

This is because this particular neck doesn't have the metal filler part attached to it, so it requires this other style of filler neck.  The filler is larger where you put the fuel in.  This allows for either a gasoline or diesel filler to be used with this filler neck.  So if you have an engine conversion to a diesel this would be great for you.
