One Front disc brake rotor for 80-83 Air-Cooled, 83-85 1.9L Vanagons (also works on 75-80 bus). Replacing brake pads along with rotors is a must. Also you need to swap the front wheel bearing races from the old rotors to the new ones. It makes more sense to buy new front wheel bearings and seals so that you don't have to do the job twice (wheel bearings wear out over time so installing new ones when you install new rotors is the best plan).
