Horn Contact Ring for all Vanagon and 93-95 Eurovan

Horn Contact Ring This is the horn contact ring that pushes into the back side of the steering wheel. It provides part of the circuit path for the horn and the brass finger that is part of the turn signal switch assembly pushes against this ring. If you are having problems with your horn, this ring could be the source of the problem. You have to pull the steering wheel off and flip it over to see it. If it is damaged it should be replaced along with the turn signal switch if there is damage on the brass finger. One will damage the other so they should both be replaced if there is damage or extreme wear and tear. These are aftermarket. For 80-91 Vanagon and Eurovan from 93-95.
