This is an oil filler tube that should work on all Diesel and Turbo Diesel Vanagons. However if you install it on an 82 diesel you would have to also install a dipstick tube and dipstick from a later model diesel Vanagon. The 82 used a plastic dipstick that was part of the oil filler cap. This tube will not allow for that. It does not come with a cap or the seal at the base of the filler. We do have those, see below.
