Tapered ring for front shock lower mounting bolt for all Vanagon except syncro

This is part of the lower mount for the front shock.  If you ever deal with replacing the front shocks on a Vanagon you will notice that the bolt requires a spacer on one side for some reason.  If this spacer is missing for some reason you will get a lot of banging noises from your front suspension.  This part is used on all 2wd Vanagons.  Not used on Syncro Vanagon.
