Vanagon Automatic Transmission Oil Cooler 83.5-91

I have two of these aftermarket Heatsink style transmission coolers in stock at the moment.  They come with o-rings and a bypass piece so you can junction your two water cooler hoses together since you will no longer need them.  This cooler uses a heatsink, similar to what you would see inside your computer, to cool the transmission fluid instead of the oil/water cooler that was stock on the Vanagon.  The advantage of this is that it is actually a superior cooler to what was originally on the van.  Also there is no chance that in the future you will have a problem with the transmission fluid and coolant mixing inside the transmission due to oil cooler failure (yes this is a thing with the original cooler).  Finally it is the simplicity of this cooler that I like the best.  You bolt it on in the same place as the old one, and you are done.  No lines to run or remote cooler that could leak if hit by a rock or stone, etc.  Just the two normal mounting hollow bolts, and it is good to go.  There is something to be said about keeping it as simple as possible.
