Chrome Trim for Vanagon Window Seal

Chrome Trim for Vanagon Window Seal 4120mm in length.  This the plastic "chrome" trim that fits in the groove of the windshield or rear hatch or side window glass seal for early Vanagon.  The windshield seal and rear hatch or side window of 80-87 Vanagons originally had this trim which usually will turn yellow and ugly with age and exposure to the sun.  The side windows are 2950 mm in length.  You just cut this trim down to the proper length you need.  It is better to have more than you need, than not enough.

This is new trim so you can make your van look nice again, however if you don't have a garage or awning to store your van under, it will fade again in a year or two, so be sure you have a place to store your van inside if you want this trim to last.  It is difficult for a lay person to install so I would also discuss the installation with your local window install person.  They should be able to do it, and have the proper tools, etc.  You are purchasing a length of 4120mm (13.5 ft) which will do either the windshield or the rear hatch window seal (2 per van).  Use chrome joining trim piece 171853339A.
