Gas Tank for 84-92 Vanagon (2wd)

This is a brand new aftermarket gas tank that will work for 84-92 Vanagon. If you have an 84 check the filler neck. This tank works with the plastic filler neck (50mm). See gastankkit1 as well. The outlet on this tank will fit a 12mm hose that goes directly to the fuel pump and then a metal filter goes after the pump, between the pump and the engine. Yes you can get cheaper tanks, however these are the tanks we have been using for about 15 years, the quality has been very consistently good.  I have no idea what a tank that costs less than $100 on ebay is like, but I would hate to have to do this job twice.  Don't cheap out on such a critical part!
