Heater and Ventilation Lever for Vanagon

This is the black heater and ventilation lever that is used on all Vanagons from 80-91. There are four of these that some folks call sliders. You remove them by grabbing the base of the lever with a pair of pliers and pulling them straight off. You don't want to pull on the head of the lever because most of the time you will rip it off and have to more a new one (like now). When you go to put it back on you want to use a screw driver, line up the metal lever with the center of the hole and be sure that the rubber head is facing up or down depending on which slider it is. The top one the head faces up and the second down it faces down. On the lower two it is the same. This price is for one slider control. You would need four to replace them all.
