Rebuilt ECU for 83.5-85 1.9l Vanagon

This is a Rebuilt ECU or fuel injection control unit for 83-85 1.9l waterboxer Vanagon.    (this is the same unit as cu118x). It has a 1 year warranty and has been tested in a running and driving Vanagon.  Please do all of your testing before you buy this ECU.   There are no returns if this doesn't fix your problem because the problem is elsewhere in the fuel injection system.    

The price is $250 plus $200 core charge, which will be refunded once I get a good rebuildable core back (nothing smashed, drowned, or destroyed). It is located behind the rear tail light on the driver's side.

There is a metal body and plastic body version but they are interchangeable.  You will get whatever version we have on the shelf at the moment no matter what your core is.
